Prayer for Beatification or Canonization or intercession

Merciful Jesus and Good Samaritan, you have revealed to us, in the simplicity and charity of the Venerable Servant of God William Gagnon, a path to achieve evangelical holiness, to follow you with a staunch faith, and to serve you among the sick and those in need.We ask you to help us to imitate his example in the love of our neighbour; we therefore look to him as our model and intercessor.

By your goodness, Lord, we ask you to reveal his holiness to us, and through his intercession grant us your blessings and the grace we now ask of you (state personal intentions here), so that the testimony and the holiness of your faithful Servant William Gagnon may be recognised by the Church for your greater glory.

          Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory Be.
